About the Event
Caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in one space can feel like joyful chaos; beautiful, messy, and demanding all at once. This session celebrates the art of family child care while offering realistic, strengths-based strategies for balance, calm, and connection. Grounded in Ellen Drolette’s Triple R Framework™ Relevance, Relationships, and Reflection Participants will explore how small, intentional shifts can turn daily challenges into opportunities for growth and joy. Through storytelling, reflection, and humor, we’ll reframe behavior as communication, discover the power of co-regulation, and learn how consistency builds trust across ages. Providers will leave with practical tools to support emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and nurture resilience in themselves and the children they care for. When we slow down, notice what’s working, and reconnect with our “why,” chaos transforms into community.
