CAFCC/PPRFCCA Developing Regulation Skills in Adults and Children

Children are not born knowing how to calm themselves down or manage their emotions. So how do they learn these skills? And what role do adults have in supporting this development? In this training session, participants will learn about the supportive process of co-regulation, as well as specific strategies for building adult regulation and teaching regulation skills to children.
